Cancellation, Return & Refund
At Naval Pride, we honor veterans, service members, and families. Your trust means everything to us. If there is ever a problem with your order, we will work with you to make it right.
1. Cancel or Change an Order
- You have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel or make changes.
- After 24 hours, your order is sent to production and cannot be changed.
- To cancel or change, email us at support@navalpride.com.
2. Wrong Shipping Address
*Please make sure your address is correct when you place your order.
- If the address is wrong or missing, delivery may be delayed.
- We are not responsible if the order goes to the wrong place or is sent back. Returned packages are disposed of by the shipping company.
- If your order is returned because of a wrong address, you will need to pay a re-shipping fee.
- If you ask the carrier to change the address after it has shipped, we are not responsible if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged.

3. Return & Refunds
We cannot accept returns if:
- The item is custom, personal, or perishable
- You chose the wrong size, color, or item
- You just changed your mind
- You don’t send proof of the issue within 7 days
- The item was used for weeks
- The wrong address was given by you
- The item was on sale or a gift card
4. Replacements
We will send a free replacement if:
- We sent the wrong item, size, or color
- The product arrived damaged and you bought Shipping Protection
- The item has a production defect (reported within 3 days)
👉 A small fee may apply (depending on the price of your item) if:
- You ordered the wrong item and want an exchange
- Your package was lost/damaged without Shipping Protection
- The item was damaged from personal use
5. Refunds
- If your order never arrives after 30 days of purchased, you get a full refund.
- Refunds go back to your original payment:
+ PayPal: 1 business day
+ Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)
- If it has been more than 15 days since we approved your refund and you haven’t received it, please contact us.
