Made-to-Order Quality
At Naval Pride, every product is made-to-order. When you place an order, we produce it just for you — one at a time — to ensure the best quality possible.
We print many of our products in-house at our U.S. facilities and also work with trusted suppliers worldwide to give you a wider selection. Every partner follows strict quality standards, which is why our delivery times vary by product type.
Shipping Carriers: USPS, UPS, DHL, Local Post, and other trusted partners.
Order Processing: Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
Estimated Time of Arrival
Business Days: Monday through Friday (Eastern Time), excluding U.S. postal holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Production Time
Time needed before your order ships (varies by product type and order volume):

Order Tracking
- You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
- Some orders may arrive in multiple parcels with separate tracking numbers.
- Tracking may take 5–7 days to update after shipping.
If your package hasn’t arrived by the estimated date, contact us so we can assist you.
Incorrect Address Policy
Please double-check your address at checkout:
- Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes to reduce the risk of damage, loss, and claims. Please provide a physical address for these items.
- If we detect missing or incorrect information, we may contact you — this can delay delivery.
- We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address or returned to sender due to incorrect details.
- Returned orders may require a re-shipping fee to be sent again.
- If you request a carrier to forward or redirect your package after it ships, we are not responsible if it’s lost, stolen, or damaged.
Customer Commitment
You're protected by our Buyer Protection Program: If you don't receive your product after 35 business days since the day you purchased (which rarely happens), we will refund you 100% of your money, no question asked!
